In case your Android is running on Marshmallow you need to take some serious steps to play the game on your Android phone to fix GPS signal not found problem on Pokémon Go. There is not single solution available for Marshmallow users you need to try mentioned solution below-
- Turn on GPS and set it at High Accuracy
- Turn off Developer Mode if it is enable
- Open Google Map and without closing it open Pokémon Go

UPDATE: Recently I found a perfect and simple solution for Marshmallow users facing GPS signal not found problem on Pokémon Go, in this trick you will need to download an application from Google Play Store named as GPS Status & Toolbox with whom you can find your location while playing the game.
After downloading the GPS Status & Toolbox application from Google Play store make sure that you have installed the latest version of Google Map, if not update your Google Map and leave this two application in background and then open Pokémon Go. Now you will get the GPS signal not found notification again but don’t worry about this, now you will get a Looking for GPS location notification on the notification window by GPS Status & Toolbox application. Now, wait some time (about 3-4 minute until the application finds your location and you will able to play the game without having any problem on Android Marshmallow.
